Common questions

I forgot my password.
Tap Sign in in the app, enter your email, then choose Reset password on the sign-in screen. A reset link will be emailed to you.
The app isn't auto-clocking me in.
LotHours uses your phone's location to detect when you arrive at the lot. Make sure location permission is set to Alwaysin iOS Settings → LotHours, and that battery saver isn't suppressing background location.
How do I delete my account?
Open the LotHours app, go to Profile, tap Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
Who can see my location?
Only your dealership's managers, and only for time-clock events (arrival, departure, breaks). We do not continuously track your location. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
