Common questions
- I forgot my password.
- Tap Sign in in the app, enter your email, then choose Reset password on the sign-in screen. A reset link will be emailed to you.
- The app isn't auto-clocking me in.
- LotHours uses your phone's location to detect when you arrive at the lot. Make sure location permission is set to Alwaysin iOS Settings → LotHours, and that battery saver isn't suppressing background location.
- How do I delete my account?
- Open the LotHours app, go to Profile, tap Delete Account, then confirm. Your account and all associated data are permanently removed.
- Who can see my location?
- Only your dealership's managers, and only for time-clock events (arrival, departure, breaks). We do not continuously track your location. See our Privacy Policy for full detail.
