About LotHours
LotHours is the operating layer for car dealerships: geofenced timecards that clock your team in when they walk onto the lot, internal messaging that gets work chatter off personal phones, and two-way SMS on dealership-owned numbers — so the paper trail your payroll and compliance depend on actually exists.
It was designed alongside general managers from dealer groups across the West Coast, around one observation: dealerships run on tools built for restaurants and retail, none of which understand a lot, a service drive, a BDC, or California wage law.
Every surface is covered — iPhone, Apple Watch, Android, and Wear OS for employees, and a web console for managers — with the same payroll math everywhere, down to break and meal penalty rules.
